Legal guidance backed by decades
of experience, integrity, and trust.
LGK Lawyers is a New York law firm with offices in Manhattan and Saratoga Springs. Our founding partners bring more than 75 years of combined experience across Article 81 guardianship, estate planning, elder law, real estate, corporate, and civil litigation matters — every one of them handled directly by a partner who knows your situation.
WHAT WE STAND FOR
Experience. Integrity. Trust.
Experience
More than 75 years of combined practice across elder law, estate planning, guardianship, probate, and litigation. Every matter is handled directly by a partner who has seen it before.
Integrity
Clear counsel, honest timelines, transparent fees. We tell clients what we can do, what we cannot, and what it will cost — before you engage us, not after.
Trust
Guardianship and estate matters sit at the most sensitive moments in a family's life. The work demands discretion, patience, and a lawyer who picks up the phone.
Our Firm
A New York firm built for the moments that matter.
At LGK Lawyers, our strength is the depth and diversity of our experience. Our attorneys bring together more than 75 years of combined practice — trusted guidance across trusts and estates, estate litigation, elder law, real estate, corporate, and civil litigation.
Founding partners Brian S. Lyda, Sr., Kent Gross, and Shanice Kirakossian each bring a different perspective: Brian with decades of estate planning and business law work, Kent with more than 40 years of litigation and fiduciary practice, and Shanice with an international background and leadership in complex estate matters. Our associate attorneys add a dynamic blend of trust and estate litigation, corporate, and real estate experience.
Together, we are united by a single mission — to help individuals, families, and businesses protect their legacies, resolve disputes, and move forward with confidence.
We practice throughout New York State, with offices in Manhattan and Saratoga Springs and clients across every NYC borough plus Nassau, Westchester, Saratoga, Albany, Schenectady, Rensselaer, Warren, and Washington counties. Every first conversation is free, takes twenty minutes, and you will leave knowing more about your options.
